Most uncomfortable and old rooms needs health safety check

I've been to many different hotels but this one is just so bad. Toiletries and complimentary water were free only on the first day but not on succeeding days. This is totally unheard of especially it is not a cheap hotel in terms of rate. The minimum

right in the middle of everything,near the River, The Louvre, The Opera,lots of restaurants,rooms were a surprise with a spiral staircase to the bedrooms, comfy beds two tv's showing multi language channels including English.

Location of this hotel is great especially if travelling by train as next door to Lime Street station. All staff were friendly and helpful. Love the ship theme to the hotel and mesmerized by the indoor aquarium in entrance Breakfast lovely, toast already

This is a very old hotel, toilet is really old, and everything including all the furniture is very old
