Great location, value for money, complete facility for small hotel

Location, service and staff

The food wasn't what we expected. The buffet breakfast was very average but the rest of the stay was good.

The staff is very kind and informative, the hotel doesn't have free parking but it does have an overnight paid public parking next door (NZ$7 per night from 5pm to 10am). The room is spacious with a comfy sofa next to the window. The room is equipped

The single ensuite room was fantastic! Great shower facilities, cozy mattress, nice air conditioner and considerate services. Good location to the US Embassy. Highly recommended!! I would stay here again if got the chance to visit London.
