I always love this hotel. But this time our room is smaller and my honeymoon request was not entertained. Also there was trash in the bin when we arrived. undoubtedly location is perfect for all!

Although the staff was very friendly and location was great, our A/C did not work and there was mold in shower of bathroom. We also were not given coupons for breakfast nor anything for parking. Our one night stay cost us around 330 US dollars, definitely

Hotel staff were friendly on arrival and check in was efficient. Room was basic but comfortable with good size bathroom. The shower was a little disappointing but worked. That spa and pool facilities were great and clean. The staff in the spa were very fr

approx 30 min driving to Ebisu, but really worth it ! Excellent place to stay, relaxing and classy with correct price if you share the room with 3-4 people.
