Our apartment was beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated as well clean and well-maintained. It also had its only patio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Gloucester tub

The hotel was very clean and situated just around the corner from the ferry port it has a great location. There are also lots of restaurants in the area.

I have visited Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido & other region of Japan. This is the worst hotel i ever visited in Japan. Staff are not friendly, room are old and dusty, toilet bowl is dirty when we enter the room, the iron board & fridge is not functioning
