Stayed here with a family from the USA with three young children under the age of 10 in a two bedroom. The room was big enough for everyone to relax and have room to stretch out. The staff is very helpful, professional and can communicate in English very

Good location right in ginza, the heart of tokyo. Staffs are very warm and helpful. The only thing is that the room temperature is a bit warm..
