Very pleasant staff, ambiance and position

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the ryokan experience and the wonderful Japanese breakfast.

While the size of the room is ok, not too big, and not too small, it's in line with most such hotles in Japan. The location is very convenient, with walking distance to the Dotonbori shopping area. If you prefer quietness, then this is not your kind

They even put on free drinks and food on Australia Day!
