Our room was small but cosy had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay.

Terrible experience, bad view not what I expect, facing a cemetery. Vary bad room service, food come in more than an hour and served cold.

Our room on the second floor was musky and smelt strongly of mould. I found it had to breathe so we asked if we could change rooms. Luckily enough we could and the room was much better than the last. The room was of 3 star quality not 2. The Internet was

Good value for money, location is not too far from Shinjuku station and is close to the shopping areas. Didn't use other facilities other than the room and what's inside it. Staff was professional.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Not many restaurants to choose from in the area so we settled at the restaurant grill which was not too bad. Had a lovely view

The hotel is walking distance to most of the attraction. We booked 2rooms and one of the rooms view is the multistorey car park which for us is quite expensive to pay for £80/night.

Nearby have tesco,underground and waitrose

The room is big and the hotel is nice but the location of the hotel is a problem. Must have car or need to take taxi to get to the hotel.
