Cleanliness, attentive staff, good English by staff, nice and quiet in rooms

Room was clean but a bit tiny and the bed was not so soft. We also heard noise from other rooms... Continental breakfast was quite poor. Anyway if you just need a place to sleep, this hotel is okay. Staff was friendly! Only short distance from the tube.

This is a very convenient hotel which link to the Lotto Department store, for short trip like us this is perfect.

Very nice and clean hotel for four star hotel. Nice for people who like modern materials. Situated in a multicultural ambiance with lot of food markets, cheap shops and very lovely bakeries. Staff was always very helpful at any time. Station Gare du Nord
