Staff were so friendly, always greeting you. Location great, shopping and restaurants abound. 7/11 on level 2 handy. No English tea spoons or sugar in room. Used shuttle bus service from hotel to Narita, easy hotel to stay at, enjoyed our stay on 26th flo

A typical soul-less business hotel that could have been anywhere, indistinguishable from a Travel Lodge. The room was clean and the bathroom good, but the location right next to the motorway meant that traffic noise was noticeable.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. 2.4km from Disneyland, but you have free shuttle every 15 minutes.

Location was good, just a few minutes walk from a metro station.

There were some dead insects near the windows and bedside table under the lamp. Other than that, everything is good.

They were courteous kind thoughtful generous and as always professional. If I have it my way I would stay there every time I go to Nagoya as the price as well is so reasonable. I want to thank the B Nagoya staff for a perfect night stay in their awesome
