Value for money, comfort and the leisure facilities

Very handy and pleasant location. Loved access to Queen St shopping. Did not use but appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities within studio unit. Some thoughtful extras provided including a decent amount of milk. Very homely relationship with staff.

Clean but small room; Staff with limited English; Stardard hotel

Friendly service. Large rooms. Clean and well kept.

Only bit I was disappointed by was room service food..... It really wasn't very good but expensive.
