I was disappointed that there was mould growing in the bathroom, there was inadequate lighting in the apartment and that the portable heater took the chill off the air though wasn't able to heat the apartment to make it warm and cosy.

Location was great as its near the airport. Staff were friendly. Could not use any hotel facilities because of no membership. Very little food shops open around the horel, only at night. Not worth the money.

Good, clean hotel in Asakusa. Hotel staff were friendly and there were lots of maps/leaflets on what to do in the reception area. Able to store bags behind the reception area post check-out which was very helpful.
