It's a nice hotel to stay, even though it's not spacious. Overall, had a good experience staying in a Japanese Style hotel. Staff Mr Cheng @ Sheng was very polite n well verse in English n gave us few tips on where to go in Tokyo around Ueno area

A perfect location in the centre of Edinburgh. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under refurbishment. Able to use another hotel but was quite some distance away. Room was clean and staff very polite and helpful especially Igor on reception.

Poor Air-conditioning

Close to Avenue des Champs-Elysees and can view Arc the Triomphe in room. Negative: light bulb not working, air conditioning has water droplet issue.

Location, location and location.

The hotel was in a fairly good location not far from city centre about 10 minute walk. Had free parking which is added bonus. Bed sheets were clean.

Helpful reception staff, good size comfortable room, beautiful setting.

The room is big and spacious. Very comfortable to stay in and it is not too far from the city. Will definitely recommend to stay there
