Comfortable bed, quiet room, clean

the only thing about this stay is that they didn't tell us that they are renovating the main hotel.

across the train station, walking distance to city center, lots of restaurants nearby

Lovely surroundings, clean studio, all equipment for cooking and bathing supplied. Not all studios are facing the lake, ours wasn't but there is just a short walk to outdoor seating area at side of lake. Extra charges for wifi and pool use

Queenstown is a beautiful place with fantastic views. This hotel compliments the town

I got a better room this time. Some of the rooms are alittle dirty and has some smell to it. But overall the hotel has great location and helpful staff

I've been to Shibuya Tobu Hotel a couple of times and every time it's a very pleasant experience. I'm planning on going back to Japan and I'll definitely stay at Shibuya Tobu again! Love this place!

Location is great. Easy to get around London via tube.
