Location, location, location

I didn't expect to have a room at ground level in the car park. This is a motel not a hotel. I was not made aware during the booking process that the rate chosen was for a room in the car park and not in the man building of the hotel. Disappointed!

Close to train station, Lawson convenient store is just opposite the hotel and each room has its own washing machine.

Staff very helpful. I dropped my phone in the taxi and they went all the way to help me track the same.
