Nobody at the reception desk when arrived ,member of staff away out for a hour, the young bar staff had no idea what to do wasnt his fault more costumers coming in to get checked in but left still no one there , Our rooms were not made up for us to stay

The staff and the locatation were great. Good spot on the Left Bank, very near to all of the sites.
