    The guy behind the counter, while friendly enough, was utterly unhelpful, and couldn't deal with one client's issues if another client approached - he kept just leaving clients waiting for solutions to their problems. The lift was not marked out

    Badly, the room have smoking smell. we cant change our room and the reception are poor as English.
