We stayed for 2 nights in one of the ground floor rooms. The decor and furniture was all in good condition and room was clean, albeit a little small. Main issue was the lack of air con, the room got very warm overnight and opening the window made no diffe

One of the few hotels with four beds. Perfect for me family and the location was excellent. 5 min walk to both tokyo metro and jr line and shops and restaurants nearby. The restaurants inside were very expensive and maybe suited to business travelers,
