Very impressed with this hotel. The room has everything you can want including an iron and ironing board which is always important for a business traveller. The staff are all typical of Newcastle people, friendly and warm.

Room was not having AC for full night & no one came to open window also. I slept in animal conditions after paying full money. I dont think i should book such hotels & as my travel agent you must get my money back from hotel. They stopped picking

near restaurant for late night meal up to 11pm. Good security and clean rooms.

Location, staff

The location easy walking distance from the train station is excellent. The rooms are small like most Japanese business class hotels. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Very clean and quiet.

Loads of parking space, Hotel clean in all areas. Alol staff very friendly and professional at all times.
