I didn't expect to have a room at ground level in the car park. This is a motel not a hotel. I was not made aware during the booking process that the rate chosen was for a room in the car park and not in the man building of the hotel. Disappointed!
The location of the hotel is very close to underground services, the room and hotel is clean enough, staff there are helpful and allow me to have early check-in as we have arrived in early morning without any charge, the internet services is good enough f
lots of parking spaces if you arrive with car, but when the time I want to check in the staff old man he could not understand English. I waste my time like 25min for him to let me check in.
