Good location n staffs are very friendly n responsive to our needs

Enjoyed my stay, only disadvantage that at that time the hostel was used by school groups and they were really really loud and some had horrible behaviour

The hotel is a bit outdated. The decor is kind of old and facilities can be updated. But it was a decent deal for the price we paid. There are convenient stores right in front of the hotel. We requested for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking

Great to have the airport limousine bus stop in front of hotel. Was lucky to be upgraded to Panorama floor. Hotel should at least allow for complimentary late check out of 1 hour or 2 hours, like other hotels.

Rooms are little small for the price.
