I received the paper everyday, the yukata was great and the location was perfect: right on the castle, tram lines and near the shopping district.

Good: friendly staff, free snack in the evenings, generally clean, excellent location, luggage room, nice spare room, bar, good vibe, spacious dorms Bad: have to pay 4$ per day for WiFi.

A little bit old facilities...But it is located by city centre. And when you see a river in the room, you can feel comfortable. What a cozy room it is.
