overall pleasant stay , quite a walk from the railway station. efficient and helpful staffs, our family room was quite big , clean , complete with amenities, strategically located. we will stay again if we visit Kyoto.

Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.

Front Desk team was very friendly to assist evethough we checked in at midnight. Very helpful.

The hotel has seen better days and the facilities leave much to be desired. The breakfast did not change the entire week we stayed. The bathroom was old and full of grout and the shower curtain looked like it had moulds. Our duvet had holes from cigarette

This hotel was good, But some what far from London central. had to use train from victoria station instead of underground. But I think good hotel compare to another low price hotel. room size was good, bathroom also
