Fitness centre, breakfast, size of room

Closed to subway station and just about 10 minutes to shopping street.

The exit nearest to this hotel is quite far from the main lines/shinkansen, but once you get out it's quite near. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and cosy.

Plus points: nice grounds, friendly & helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant. Downsides: tired room, bumpy old carpet, damaged bathroom door, stained old ironing board.

I booked 2 small double, non-smoking rooms on Agoda and was given two small rooms and SMOKING. When we showed the room type on Agoda's site(small double is bigger; every room on Agoda's site says non-smoking), hotel staff told us that 1. this is a
