the room is spacious, toilet is very small. the lighting of the toilet also went off, for about 1-2mins on every 10-15mins interval. we told the recept about our problem with the toilet lighting. was told to us that they will fix it when we are out. the p

Renovations & scaffolding combined with Wellington windy weather made for no sleep, the scaffolding banged n crashed against the building all night The actual room was lovely just hard to enjoy when you can't sleep

Friendly staffs, equipped with basic facility, near and easy access to the Metro station, safe place(I think)

The customer service is good. The room is a bit old but clean. The only little disadvantage is the location not so near the train station. The Umeda station is very big so it takes longer time for us to walk between the hotel and the train station.

Overall the Sheraton hotel is good to great with no complaints. The only frustration that I experienced is the duplicated booking for the same day for the same details without proper communication to me and even in my Agoda account... that surprised me ba
