Close to city, great food next door. Secure parking

We liked the location (facing the lake with Mt Fuji visible) and the price (cheaper than next door)

Good location at town centre. Rooms are nice and clean with a good view of the city. However, the lifts are a bit old.

The area is great but the hotel is shabby. Not good value for money at all. I first room was above a bar so asked to be moved the room was next to lift which was incredibly noisy. The rooms well both pokey and bed uncomfortable.
