    The hotel was easy to find, both for public transport and car. The swimming pool and changing facilites were good. The staff were friendly.

    This hotel is located within the North Terminal of Gatwick airport. Its very convenient for travellers needing to catch early morning flights out of Gatwick airport north terminal. The rooms are good sized and comfortable with usual 5 star facilities. not

    SOME STAFF DID SERVE US WELL BUT OTHERS NOT ESPECIALLY THOSE ASSIGNED AT THE RESTAURANT SO STRICT BUT ANYWAYS HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL HIRE STAFF THAT ARE SO ACCOMMODATING SO AS NOT TO SPOIL THE DAY OF THEIR GUESTS. THANKS A LOT AND MORE POWER!
