We are international school teachers on break for spring. The Novotel has always been a great place to stay. We love it there. Great location. They could do more to improve customer service.

As a first time traveler to England, this was a perfectly located hotel. It was in a great neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area. Access to the tube was convenient and the staff was very helpful.
