The hotel is in a good location and easy access via the Limousine shuttle from Narita airport. However it is a bit of a business hotel and lacks soul. No facilities like pools etc. They did have triple rooms which were helpful traveling with kids.

Short walk to the Shinjuku train station, about 2mins walk to the nearest train exit. There's a Macdonald just down the street and a family mart opposite the hotel. A few restaurants nearby too. We took the airport limousine to the airport instead as

We stayed briefly while visiting Napier for our daughter's wedding. Clinton the owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was all we needed. Such a wonderfully comfortable bed too!
