I paid the full amount of rate and stayed for 2 nights with an en-suite bathroom but the shower drain clogged for the entire 2 nights, end up I need to take shower in different room for 2 nights!!! It caused us to wrap a tower and walk from room to room,

Nice clean hotel. Great staff. Location excellent. 2 metro stations in close proximity. Slightly pricey but worth it.

Good location, just opposite the bus stop. Hotel is clean. Good facilities in onsen areas. Variety choices of buffet dinner.

In Europe, in general the hotels are too expensive. But if you could get a lower rate at Hotel Bel-ami, it´s a great deal comparing to others in the same category.
