Generally the hotel location and cleanliness are good. However, the service the counter staff is very bad. Counter staff are the most important frontline to customer, yet they are not customer oriented, unfriendly, not understanding, refuses to listen to
I've stayed at A lof of radddison's and this has to be one of the most unpleasant stays.
At first there is no information saying its £15 per night to park in the ncp car park, WHICH then if you move your car in and out during the day you MUSt
