Staff were polite except 1 of the foreign female employee at the concierge. Housekeeping was very thorough. Clean and well-located.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location.

The hotel is very near center, value for what we're paid. Nice staff even the hotel is very small

Location was great for beach pub and pool , breakfast was good value pool and jacuzzi was nice

Good location.. It's near by paddington station. Clean room, and nice breakfast. There're lift and luggage storage. But when we chek in, there were luggage someone else and the staff didn't know. But we still got room with the same type. Then
