Everything was just great. Everybody speaks inglish. The rooms have bathrooms and was very clean every day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Toiletries were delightful. Afternoon tea from 2-6 in the dining room was unexpected and very welcome.

both the managers were hopeless the tv didnt work so we complained the taller of the two managrrs promised to change the tv next day or change into a smaller room.imagine moving all items at late nite the shorter guy had no clue about his colleagues promi

The biggest complaint I have is that my room had a huge 2 person hot tub, but the tub didn't work and I wasn't informed at check-in so when I tried to use it I was disappointed to find out it didn't work other than that had a great stay

I had very nice stay at this hotel as the room is very clean, staff is friendly and very convinient location
