Near MRT

The room is dirty. The staff is unfriendly. The breakfast is terrible. The location is far away from underground station. Nothing is good.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed

Small inn-like hotel. Rooms were small but clean and alright if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in-room. Convenient location near shopping, food and entertainment in Shinjuku but a good 10min or more walk from the nearest train station.

Stayed in a single room. Was a bit on the small side but it's comfortable. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great too, very central. Will certainly stay here again if I come back!

Excellent Customer Service, great hotel facilities and good location

We paid a little more to upgrade for a suite which was a good decision!
