The staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is about 4 blocks to Paddington train/tube stations. They even charged my phone - that one thing I forgot to pack!
The hotel is close to airport and the staffs are friendly. As a transit hotel it's fine with the room rate I paid. It will be nice if the room has better sound proof as the guest at next room always making much noise!
This hotel is in a great location but it needs to be completely renovated. Our suite of rooms were tired and not in the main hotel. This was noticeably on a very wet and windy weekend.
