Good location, quite and clean room

I can confidently say that the level of service and the quality of amenities that the hotel offers its guests are definitely world-class. 2 thumbs up. Thank you Tobu hotel for the warmest welcome ;-)

Staff Performance and kindness, Good location to travel around Paris and reasonable hotel rate.

The location of the hotel is good. However, rooms are small and the service of one of their male staff was terrible upon our check in. He displayed unhappiness working.

We stayed only one night and it went nice and smooth. The bed was comfy, the breakfast good enough, the room not big but not small either. A little expensive but the neigbourhood is quiet and so poshy :)

Vi bodde på vinden där det inte fanns ståhöjd. Rummet var skitigt och sängarna var alldeles för slitna. Bullrigt från gatan utanför. Otrevliga omgivningar. Det finns inget att rekomendera. Dålig service, badrum

It's probably 20 minutes by foot from the JR Tokyo Station but they provide free shuttle from hotel to Tokyo Station until 11:00am. None in the afternoon though and none from the station to the hotel. I dont mind staying here again next time as a sol
