      Hotel and room were very clean, Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel Richmond Opera made our stay in Paris perfect. Well worth the money and will return some day.

      It is very easy to look for the hotel. Just come out to main entrance of the Kishibe station ,look right .you can see the hotel sign station hotel. From Osaka station only 3 stops to Kishibe station about 10mins .It is direct line to kyoto 30mins . we got
