Very good hotel convenience to go everywhere by train

Wifi too slow= useless 11 am check out (normally 12)

We were impressed with the large rooms and the bath! The hotel is very clean and next to a train station. We were only here for one night, but the hotel would be great for a longer stay as it is more of an apartment.

In Japan, service levels of the international chain hotels are somehow much poorer compared to the Local hotels. Rooms were not properly cleaned and staff had poor attitude.

Location quiet size of room

Close to the airport, shuttle service available. We only needed a bed for the night.

Wonderful value hotel, nice facilities and good staff. Our grand suite really was one of the largest suites in London, but as you would expect for the price it was well worn in places.
