      Low staff performance. Notified upon arrival of dangerous broken fridge door and nothing was done to upgrade or repair the facility. all kinds of excuses yet the building and repair teams are on site and should have been able to fix or change this fridge

      Great to have the airport limousine bus stop in front of hotel. Was lucky to be upgraded to Panorama floor. Hotel should at least allow for complimentary late check out of 1 hour or 2 hours, like other hotels.

      From the minute you arrive at this very well located hotel, you are looked after by the front end staff. Our French was basic but their English was great & no request was too hard to achieve.
