Location, rooms,comfortable

Good location close to Osaka and Umeda stations with decent shopping and access to food nearby. Slightly pricey though.

Perfect location, very close to metro, staff helpful and friendly....from the desk to the breakfast attendant to the room staff. wonderful neighborhood....everything available.

My 3rd time to stay here. Really nice and clean, 10minutes from Tamachi JR station. Good place!

Its about 10 minutes walk from Russell Square Station. You can walk to all the tourist spots practically. However, there is no guest kitchen in the hostel that the guests cannot cook their meals or borrow the cookery.

FOR A FIRST TIMER TO LEEDS BY TRAIN, THE QUEENS WAS JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM MAIN EXIT; CONVENIENT SINCE I HAD LARGE LUGGAGE.... CHECK IN WAS FUSS FREE. THE ROOM ALLOTED WAS FOR HANDICAPPED PERSON (I AM NOT), CLEAN & SPACIOUS. IT HAPPENS TO BE LOCA

Good hotel but not the best value. For the same money there's bater hotel.

Never in my life to have someone from hotel knocked on the door and just opened the door, poked his head in and asked if everything was ok when we were all in there
