Great value for my week stay in Kansai (Kobe). Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean room. Having a shuttle bus from hotel to Sannomiya station and bicycles to cycle around Kobe.

We love the location of hotel.. Good parking though at busy times you may struggle to park, but the concierge is very helpful and you can leave keys with him and he will park your car when a space comes free! The hotel is modern and rooms generous. Linen

Located centrally within short walking distance to many restaurants. The walk along the river where the hotel is situated is very pleasant. The staff were friendly with a good sense of humour.
