The staff were very helpful getting our 2 rooms as we wanted. The rooms were comfortable and modern and the breakfast was super :)

Overall is good but the shower head was bad. Water splash too wide. Also the the check out time 10am is too early.

Efficient and polite staff. Clean albeit smaller than expected rooms. Amazing views of Tokyo from the upper floors. Great location. The only thing I would suggest would be some complimentary tea or coffee for guests in their room. We would definitely stay
