The room is clean but the toilet is small. WIFI is weak in the room.

We requested an additional pillow for each person in our party - 4 persons (2 persons in 2 twin rooms). We were told only one additional pillow per room. That is not the level of helpfulness I would expect at a Citadines hotel.
