wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms

clean, location, bathroom

position near the sacre coeur, near a good selection of restaurants, near to metro.

After waiting for 7 mins with no acknowledgement at the front desk, we finally were ushered through with 0 customer service skills given our key and sent to our room. Got to room and it was still uncleared with no bed linen. Went back to reception to say,

This is not a hotel, this is the place where “room for rent”, no restaurant, hotel is dirty, my money also stolen by somebody. Hotel staff is terrible.

Close to station,places to drink and to eat.

1. Location is really good with easy access to subway station and airport limo station(Tokyu Hotel Station) on foot 2. Room is neat
