    Excellent hotel. Great value for the money. The hotel was very clean, with excellent customer service, great amenities and the breakfast was soooo yummy! Will definitely use again.

    Very convienent to Shin-Osaka station. Only cook plaint is no breakfast before 7:00am.

    Staff are able to communicate in English sufficiently and could assist with restaurant reservation requests. The hotel being near Shin-Osaka station makes it ideal for travelling to other areas (E.g. Kyoto)

    Location is an important reason for selecting a hotel. This hotel is a good choice for traveler who plan to travel by Shinkansen. JR Shin Osaka station is the station for Shinkansen bullet train, not Osaka (Umeda). They offer 2 breakfast choices, Japanese
