About 15 mins walk from train station. If you do Alpine Crossing your bags can be delivered same day to hotel from shop next to train station at Sinano-Omachi. Free shuttle bus to train station

Staff could communicate with English. Could direct send luggage in/out to another side of Alpine route. Strange room design while the sink just next to the desk inside the room. Need to use tap carefully. Onsen is nice.
