Very nice family hotel

Convenient location with many restaurant and shops but close to the red light district

AC not available, only heater. Bathroom exhaust is not work properly.

The room was large ,clean and bathroom was also clean... Staff very good... Food excellent

Lots of effort making this a great place to stay. Units were comfortable and very clean. Laundry facilities the best we have seen in our troubles. Loved the communal table for groups to have a BBQ or just socialise. 10 min max walk to the wharf and local

This is not my 1st stay at Gracery Ginza but I kept come back everytime I visit Tokyo because the location is straregic, room is not so big but comfortable and very clean (no need to question that its Japan). Oveeall its great and awesome hotel

Nice central location was able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. Did request 2 double beds upon booking and was advised when checking in this was the bed configuration however when entering the room there were 2 singles. Give
