A older Hyatt property, but location was great. Staff were really helpful and Concerige provided excellent assistance with restaurant booking and directions. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

really love the hotel

We really enjoyed our one night stay at The Glenville, we would have liked to stay longer big our travel schedule didn't allow it.

The hotel is in good walking distance to tubes, rails and other transportations. Nicely decoreated, furniture nice. Very good service in the front desk.

Suite was not ready Inspite of arriving much later than check in time. Staff was very less and hence service was extremely slow (waited an hour for a scissor). In-room dining was not able to explain things well and said will complain to chef about certa
