      The location on Cardiff Bay makes what could be a generically good hotel a very special one. The only drawback to our stay was that the electricity had to be turned off to repair faulty air-conditioning which meant the lights were off and the lifts weren&

      I stayed at this hotel for two days. I must state that I stayed in this property several times even before it changes its name from Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has been renovated, the room is clean and bright. The staff speak English and friendly.
