Location, staff's courteousness & English Character

Great hotel, very clean and staff very hospitable. Practically next to Odori Park. Staff undertands English and go out of way to accommodate you. Will recommend to anyone visiting Sapporo for business or leisure. Will stay again!

Clean, bright rooms in excellent condition. small bathroom, but fantastically powerful shower. Lovely surroundings and setting and charming service.

Very convenient for those having business dealing within La Defense area. Convenient store and restaurants are nearby within walking distance. Hotel staffs are friendly and converse good English

It's not flash or luxurious, however it does what it does very well. Good brekkie, close to Cuba Street and a toddle down to Te Papa, left takes you to the city centre. Twin room felt a little crowded for two girls, but we managed well. Overall it'
