The house keeping staff did not close our room door after doing up the room. We were shocked when we came back to see the door left slightly open as we have valuables in the room. Disappointing, however, the hotel manager compensate by giving us breakfast
I've been to Shibuya Tobu Hotel a couple of times and every time it's a very pleasant experience. I'm planning on going back to Japan and I'll definitely stay at Shibuya Tobu again! Love this place!
