All good, except the location of the hotel which requires you to walk pass through 2-3 robot lights but not very far from the station. There's supermarket close by, but again 2-3 robot lights.
Actually its not at umeda station but you have to take train till MinamiMorimachi station.

We requested a quiet room but was assigned a room closed to the elevator. However, after we made our complaint, they agreed to offer us a room with a better location. Staff are very friendly. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby too.
